We are always keen to share our knowledge with farmers and to help them upskill in all areas of animal health and welfare. Whilst staff recruitment and retention is a huge challenge for lots of dairy farmers, we believe that working with all farm staff to increase their skills and knowledge will lead to a more fulfilling job. This in turn leads to better staff retention and a positive impact on herd health and performance.
